Employment Conditions
The workforce is supported by a flexible legislative framework under the Public Service Act 1999, with terms and conditions governed by the National Health Funding Body Enterprise Agreement 2016–2019.
With the nominal expiry date of the NHFB Enterprise Agreement 2016-2019 (EA) being 25 October 2019, on and from 26 October 2019, the rates of pay specified in the following Section 24(1) Determination will replace those contained in Appendix 1 of the current EA.
