To comply with section 15(3) of the Public Service Act 1999 (the Act), the National Health Funding Body (NHFB) has established procedures for determining whether a current, or former, NHFB employee has breached the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct. We have also established procedures for determining sanctions.
Under the Addendum, all Parties agreed, at a minimum, to maintain levels of funding for public hospital services through the Pool for 2020-21 to 2024-25 at not less than the level of funding for 2018-19, while having regard to new, appropriate models of care that may change the setting in which care is delivered (A102), hereafter referred to as Maintenance of Effort.
