To comply with section 15(3) of the Public Service Act 1999 (the Act), the National Health Funding Body (NHFB) has established procedures for determining whether a current, or former, NHFB employee has breached the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct. We have also established procedures for determining sanctions. These procedures are published to comply with section 15(7) of the Act.
