The NHFB’s positive agency culture contributes to our high performance. We are proud to make public our 2023 APS Employee Census results and will:
- Continue with the activities we are doing well;
- Have a plan in place to focus on key areas we’d like to improve; and
- Link the above activities back to our United Leadership behaviours.
It starts with me
We are committed to sharing a common set of behaviours and working together as a united team to achieve our objectives.
We contribute as a united team and encourage new ideas.
We treat others as equals and collaborate openly across boundaries.
We listen actively to the views of others and share information.
We own our performance by knowing, accepting and performing our roles to the best of our ability.
Our APS values
We are committed to observing the Australian Public Services Values and Code of Conduct, both of which represent our approach to interacting and collaborating with colleagues, stakeholder and the community.
We are apolitical and provide the Administrator with advice that is frank, honest, timely and based on the best available evidence.
We are professional, objective, innovative and efficient, and work collaboratively to achieve the best results for our stakeholders and partners.
We are open and accountable to the Australian community under the National health Reform Agreement and the national health reform legislative requirements of the Commonwealth and, States and Territories.
We respect all people, including their rights and heritage.
We demonstrate leadership, trust, and act with integrity in all that we do.
